1. Scope

These terms apply to use of the GartenFinder brand (app, web app and related landing page) of DigitalMDMA ApS, Odinsvej 20, 9990 Skagen, Denmark (“Provider”).

2. Service

GartenFinder provides information on free gardens and club rooms, listings, online applications, chat and, for club rooms, booking, invoicing and settlement. Contracts on garden transfer or room hire are concluded between users and the club or plot/room provider unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Fees

Searching, favourites and listing gardens are possible without brokerage fee. Successful club-room bookings incur a 10% brokerage fee on rent and extras; refundable deposit excluded. Optional Premium profile: 1.25 € per month with annual billing (15.00 €/year), incl. 25% tax.

4. Premium profile

Premium is optional and adds features such as digital application folder, video tours, highlighted presentation and push alerts for free gardens in your preferred region. Details follow the description in the app at the time of purchase.

5. User duties

Users provide truthful information, respect third-party rights and do not misuse the platform. Clubs and district associations are responsible for lawful offers and compliance with their rules.

6. Liability

The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual duties and foreseeable typical damage. Availability may be limited by maintenance or force majeure.

7. Final provisions

Danish law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention, unless mandatory consumer protection at the consumer’s residence requires otherwise. If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in force. The current version on the GartenFinder landing page applies. Contact: info@gartenfinder.app
